Summer Art Camp 2024

group of kids at art camp

Enroll your camper in ZAM’s 23rd annual Summer Art Camp: a fun, educational, art experience held at the Museum in the heart of Downtown Bangor. Each session is led by a professional Museum Educator.

Sessions are held in the Museum classroom and galleries. Campers will have the opportunity to view and talk about art and participate in a wide array of hands-on art activities.

Projects will include printmaking, drawing, painting, working with textiles, sculpture, and other crafts. We will enjoy time outdoors for snack and games. Each week is packed with activities and families are invited to join us for an exhibition of work on Friday.

We will meet everyday from 8:30 to 12:00pm and create fabulous fun art works that relate to the current exhibitions.

This is a small camp led by the Museum Educator and assisted by a selected UMaine Art Education Intern. We are able to create amazing artwork over the week. Space is limited. Please do not send your child to camp if they are not feeling well.
