Announcement

The Zillman Art Museum (formerly the University of Maine Museum of Art) will be closed to the public until further notice.

As part of the University of Maine and the University of Maine Machias’ response to COVID-19, the Zillman Art Museum (ZAM) will be closed to the public until further notice. The Zillman Art Museum will be closely monitoring the COVID-19 and will provide updates, as available, on the Museum’s website.

All public programs currently scheduled through June 15, 2020 have been cancelled. Please enjoy the Museum’s resources remotely through our virtual tours of the exhibitions and art-making videos. We look forward to welcoming our visitors back to our galleries as soon as possible and encourage you to keep up to date with health protocols and information updates provided by the Maine Center for Disease Control and the United States Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
