DESCRIPTION:The Downtown Bangor Arts Collaborative is pleased to announce the 2019 Downtown Bangor First Friday Artwalk series\, which will begin in May and continue through October on the first Friday of each month from 5-8 pm. \nThe dates are as follows: \nMay 3\nJune 7\nJuly 5\nAugust 2\nSeptember 6\nOctober 4 \nDuring each Artwalk night\, artists open their studios downtown for visitors to see and chat about their work and work in progress\, downtown businesses host art shows and there are hands-on activities like chalking for visitors to participate in.

DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, May 4th – 11 AM – 3 PM \nFREE and open to the public. \nUMMA welcomes all ages to ring in spring with UMMA’s Annual Spring Art Factory. There will be several stations set up in the lobby and classroom of the museum. Stop by any time between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. to create your own paintings\, prints\, and paper crafts. All supplies are included\, and guided instruction is provided. \nArt Factory is FREE and open to the public thanks to the generous sponsorship of WBRC Architects & Engineers.
