DESCRIPTION:Join UMMA and Downtown Countdown in celebrating the new year! Stop by between 4 and 8 pm to write\, draw and declare your resolution or wish for 2017. After 8 pm\, the “resolution wall” will be moved to West Market Square so the declarations can continue well into the night. All supplies are included\, and this event is free\, for all ages\, and open to the public.
